Pick one of two paths:
• The Nursing Showcase will take place at the main campus in Alliance:
1750 Sweetwater Ave, Alliance, NE 69301
• The Powerline Showcase will take place at the Powerline Lab and Indoor Training Facility: 1621 E Kansas St, Alliance, NE 69301
Both paths will offer the opportunity to talk to instructors and current students, find out about career options, and get some hands-on experience to see if it's the path for you! Lunch is also provided!
Interested in healthcare options? Choose the Nursing Path!
Nursing remains one of the top programs at the Alliance Campus, with opportunities to complete either the one-year Diploma in Practical Nursing (LPN) or the two-year Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). Both programs provide the knowledge, competency, hands-on training, and clinical rotations students need to graduate and take the NCLEX exam. Students choosing the Nursing Path at the Alliance Campus Showcase will speak to nursing instructors and current students, learn about career opportunities, experience classroom lessons, and get some first-hand interaction with state-of-the-art simulators and lifelike patient medical manikins!

Being a lineman affords you the ability to work and live anywhere, earning a competitive wage in an exciting and dynamic career that provides a different challenge almost every day. WNCC’s Powerline Construction & Maintenance program offers three different pathways from which to choose: earn a certificate or diploma in twelve months, or an associate degree in fifteen months. Students choosing the Powerline Path at the Alliance Campus Showcase will speak with Powerline instructors and current students, learn about career opportunities, see pole climbing and a pole-top rescue demonstrated, and learn about the Powerline admissions process.
